I video taped the girls doing some decorating. They are so darn cute. Can't get it to post, so check my Facebook. You'll notice Kendall's purple arm cast and they will both sing a Christmas song for you. Merry Christmas everyone!

Brooklyn's Preschool Graduation!

Well, she's done it. Brooklyn graduated preschool today! She had the cutest performance with her class. She even had a solo that I will upload for you all to see and hear! So cute! She was in her cap and gown and I could not help but see a slight forshadowing to her graduation in 12 years! It was so much fun to watch this milestone in her life...and no, I didn't cry, for goodness sakes, it's just preschool!! :O)

Brooklyn's Chuck E Cheese Party

Happy 5th Birthday Brooklyn!!!! I can't believe we have had her in our lives for 5 years now!!! What a joy and challange she is for us! We love her so much. We let her pick what kind of party she wanted (no more pool parties for her!!) and she didn't even hesitate...she wanted a Chuck E Cheese party! I'm really not a fan of CEC cause it stinks...the carpet is dirty...the food is gross...need I go on??!! But that's what the princess wanted so that's what she got! She had such a fun time playing all the games with her friends (notice Rick really getting into playing the games too...I cought him several times just playing games himself!!!) until....Chuck E Cheese showed up! Ofcourse, knowing Brooklyn...she wanted nothing to do with that overstuffed Cheese head!! Her uncle Steve had to stand with her just so we could get a picture with her friends and Chuck!! And the cake...oiy! She said she wanted me to make the cake...so I'm thinkin, Yes! make a homemade chocolate cake, put some sprinkles on it and call it done! Well, not for this princess...she wanted a Wall.E cake! Don't ask me why, she didn't even like the movie!! So, I've never made a decorated cake like that before...so I had to buy all the decorating things...the pan, the icing, and little Wall.E's to go on top! I think that cake cost at least as much as a Publix cake. Naturally we ran out of time and Rick and I literally ended up throwing that cake together 15 minutes before we had to leave for her party!!! Oh what fun! No really, it was!!! Her birthday lasted for like 4 days...her party was Saturday night, and her real birthday was Monday. So on Monday we went to Dinasour world (it was awesome) and that night we had our family party for her with our friends that couldn't make it to the CEC party! Then Tues...I made cupcakes for her class at school!! I swear, I was birthday'd out!!! Anyway...here are some pics of the blessed event! And thank you to everyone for the phone calls, messages and cards!!! We love you all and missed you very much at this party!!

We did our egg hunt at a friends house...thank goodness they invited us or Brookie would've had to find eggs by herself (Kendall really wasn't interested after she found the first egg..she'd open it and eat the candy inside!) We had a great time!!

Happy Easter Morning!!!!

Here is a few minutes of our Easter morning! We love you all and miss you so much. We are thinking of you today and wishing we were together! Hope your Easter is wonderful! We have so much to be thankful for, but mostly we are so grateful that Christ died for us and that He was resurrected and because of Him, we can be together forever!!!

Valentine's Day

So for V-day I took some pictures of the girls and let them decorate the picture frame for Rick to take to work. The picture frames turned out soo cute! Here are some of the pics I took for that!

The Kittens

Well some of you may have heard about the kittens story. We got Brooklyn and Kendall each a kitten for Christmas. It was pretty fun and they love them. The orange one is Alley and is Kendall's and the black and white one is Clipper and is Brooklyn's. The kittens were named by Brooklyn years ago and Rick and I searched for the perfect kitten's that Brooklyn had formed in her imagination years ago!! It all worked out...a Christmas miracle! Alley is a real sweatheart. She (really a he and Brookie insists that Alley is a girl...and so she is!) is sooo good with the kids, she will just lay there while they lay and kiss all over her, especially Kendall. She is really social and loves to be pet. Clipper on the other hand is totally anti-social. He runs whenever the kids are around...well, he is getting better around our kids, anyway. He pretty much makes an appearance at night after the girls are in bed. We've enjoyed having kittens in our house again!
